What You Lose on Death and How to Re-gear
Death removes equipped and carried items from the run. Extracted stash items and base progression remain; items placed in the Pip pouch or safe pocket survive.
Re-gear
Section titled “Re-gear”- Use a free Combat Bag or starter kit for the next run.
- Save a recovery loadout and reuse it instead of rebuilding every slot.
- Buy gear that already has a needed affix before paying for a separate gem.
- Move the highest-value compact item into the safe pocket during the run.
- Extract early when the recovery run has already paid for the next kit.
Keep one low-cost recovery loadout. Prices change, so check the current total before buying it again.
