You have defeated General Harald; violence truly was the only way to deliver him from his torment. Speak with Dew and deliver the news.

You have freed Harald's imprisoned soul. Within the Web of Fate, Dew senses that the true root of this calamity has still not surfaced, someone remains hidden deep within the shadows, pulling the strings of countless souls and fates.
